Your primary goal would be to develop working relationship with stakeholders, building project pipeline for studio, secondary research for business, primary research to understand business context, business impact calculation post implementation of project.
We are looking at someone with 7+ years total work experience in at least 3-4 years in multi-disciplinary, innovation projects or initiatives. Proven experience and know how of taking new product & service business concepts to market, especially in the creation of novel business models and strategies that helped launch a successful innovation in the market. The Project Manager role at Studio 5B involves effectively managing and driving projects within the business across multiple geographies, by partnering with business and project leaders. The role will involve working in a cross-functional environment to effectively govern projects and meet set timelines. You will be instrumental in introducing new ways of working that drive collaboration and cooperation across organizational boundaries and levels.
We are looking for someone with strategy and operations experience, including 4-5 years leading strategic or business performance initiatives and/or organizational change initiatives in consulting firms or equivalent roles in corporate strategy, development, etc. Excellent leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, and ability to both influence and develop strong partnerships at all levels.
